 Paul Faddis - General Manager

Paul Faddis joined Team Tarter in March of 2015. Paul is a lifelong resident of Winchester and enjoys small town living and all it offers. For the last 16 years, Paul has worked in management while earning a degree from I.U. in Finance, with a minor in Economics. Along with his wife Jennifer, Paul has been actively involved in raising 3 children, enjoying the various sporting events in which they have participated. Paul enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, and golfing.

Jennifer Faddis 

Jennifer Faddis has been a dedicated member of Tarter Realty since 2022, specializing in property management and helping clients find the right place to call home. She has been happily married to her husband, Paul, for 22 years and is the proud mom of three children and four grandchildren. Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.

Becca Ralston 

Becca Ralston has been working in property management at Tarter Realty since 2024, bringing dedication and attention to detail to her role. She married her husband, Aaron, in 2010 and values the importance of family. When she's not at work, Becca enjoys watching her nieces and nephews play sports and spending quality time with her loved ones.
