 Paul Faddis - General Manager

Paul Faddis joined Team Tarter in March of 2015. Paul is a lifelong resident of Winchester and enjoys small town living and all it offers. For the last 16 years, Paul has worked in management while earning a degree from I.U. in Finance, with a minor in Economics. Along with his wife Jennifer, Paul has been actively involved in raising 3 children, enjoying the various sporting events in which they have participated. Paul enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, and golfing.

 Josh Zigler - Property Manager

Josh Zigler joined Team Tarter in February of 2018. Josh is a 1999 graduate of Winchester Community High School.  After high school, Josh attended Ball State and Ivy Tech.  Josh held his series 6 and series 63 licensing in mutual funds and annuities.  After a career change, Josh entered the field of Law Enforcement.  During adult life, Josh has enjoyed construction projects including building his own home.  Josh resides in the Marion, Indiana area and along with his wife Brook, raises four children.  They enjoy farming, sports and outdoor activities.

 Amanda Cox - Administrative Assistant

Amanda joined the team in June of 2016 as an Administrative Assistant.  She is a 2000 Graduate of Warren Central High School in Indianapolis.  After, high school she attended International Business College to major in Accounting and later went on to Ivy Tech/Ashford University to receive her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education Administration.  In 2002, she married her husband Jeremy and they have two sons, Justin and Caston.  Amanda enjoys watching her son play travel baseball.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, playing volleyball and doing various crafts.
